Our Story
We started HUNDY! because we grew up eating sugary, artificial, and otherwise-unhealthy frozen pops and have matured just enough to know — and do — better. Our pops are made by and for active people, people on the go, people with kids, people that are kids at heart, and people that just plain ol’ love fruit. Because that’s all HUNDY! is and ever will be — 100% real, organic, delicious fruit.
It all began with a small team in Austin, TX, united around shared beliefs:
- Eating healthy shouldn’t have to mean sacrificing free time, taste, or joy
- Consumers deserve honesty and shouldn’t need a science degree to understand ingredients
- Parents and kids CAN agree on snacks
- School children everywhere need access to more nutritious lunch options
- People will enjoy more fruit if seasonality, selection, and preparation aren’t barriers
We saw an opportunity to do something fun and disruptive in the freezer aisle. So we set out to do what our fluorescent freezer pop forefathers never could’ve imagined… to create a truly innovative product that fulfills the ‘better for you’ promise on a whole new level… to make a “fruit pop” that is actually all fruit. What a radical concept!
HUNDY! isn’t just a frozen snack — it’s a movement. We’re fostering community, enthusiasm, and joy around eating clean. We’re providing comfort for parents and reassurance for shoppers of all ages who pay attention to nutrition panels and ingredient lists. And we hope to inspire other food brands to be more conscientious and offer more genuinely healthy options in every aisle.
